Right now, as I write this, I am sitting in a hotel room in Minnesota — and it's snowing! The off-season has definitely come to the North. Stacie Mahoe of AllAboutFastpitch, be thankful you live in Hawaii!

Of course, that means those of us up here will be moving inside. Fastpitch softball has without a doubt become a 12 month sport (like pretty much all the others), so the question comes what do we work on now?

That's a question that has also been on the mind of Marc Dagenais, one of the best softball-specific peak performance trainers in North America, and probably the world. Given what he does for a living, you'd think that he would say conditioning tops the list. But since he's also a coach, he has a somewhat different perspective on it.

Want to know what Marc says are the priorities — and what percentage of your time you should spend on them? Check out this post on his blog. It's good advice
